Application Process

Thanks for your interest in Milpitas Christian School. Applying to a new school is an important decision. Below are the steps needed to apply to our Preschool or Elementary School.

Preschool Process

Elementary and Middle School Process

  • STEP ONE: Complete online application and pay $150 application fee

    Application Fee: $150 Application Fee (Non-Refundable) - This fee is required to begin the Admissions process.

  • STEP TWO: Submit All Appropriate Documents

    Elementary Documents (TK-5th Grade)
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Record
    • TB Risk Assessment
    • Health Examination Form
    • Report Cards
    • Standardized Test Results (2nd Grade onward)
    • Teacher Recommendation
    • Student Support Documentation, IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
  • STEP THREE: Schedule Entrance Assessment or Placement Test

    All incoming students are required to take the Entrance Assessment as part of completing the application for Milpitas Christian School.  All entrance assessments are administered individually or in a group setting. We will contact you directly to schedule the assessment.
  • STEP FOUR: Family Interviews

    After all of your application documents have been received, Milpitas Christian School will contact you to schedule a family interview if needed.
