#LOVE1ANOTHER

PRAYER delivered by Bob Murray, Head of School, Milpitas Christian School.

Heavenly Father,

You are the Creator of all things, the true source of light and wisdom, the origin of all being.

We pray for our students, our daughters / our sons / our grandchildren, our neighborhood children, our future leaders.

We ask of you Father … graciously shine your light abundantly to our children / our students/ our schools … to penetrate the foundation with your grace, your hope, your love and your joy.

I pray for our students and our schools – our new generation:
(1) That our students know you as Abba/Father
(2) That our students know your love and grace
(3) That our students may know your plans for them … plans to prosper and not to harm them. Plans that brings hope and a future.
(4) I pray that our students will “run the race” with you … to be a generation of believers seeking you.
(5) May our students run from darkness and to the light. Not to live in fear, but in trusting your love for them.
(6) Give our students a keen understanding, a retentive memory, and the ability to grasp things correctly and fundamentally, to understand how deep / how wide your love is for them
(7) Grant our students the talent of being exact, to know true wisdom, to use their gifts / talents / abilities and skills for your glory and for their hope and future.
(8) May this new generation know your will for their lives.

Point out the beginning, direct the progress, and help in the completion.

I ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
